I think my least favorite thing about not having digital art stuff for now is that I can never get my colors right on paper. And materials cost money .-.

Bubbles is probably the most trendy and fashionable in my head, but doesn't always "dress up". Blossom almost always overdresses and Buttercup RARELY gives a fuck what she's wearing.

Bubbles also usually has some massive cute purse with her to take her art stuff and other crap everywhere with her.
