maxie’s camerupt and may’s numel wind up with an egg and maxie’s overprotective lava dad mode engages lol,,

then the little numel ends up shiny and maxie cannot handle realizing that despite two decades of hatching numels he’d never seen a shiny mutation before ;u;

also someone on tumblr posted about wanting to see more of maxie in different clothes so here he’s dressed like every environmental science professor i’ve ever met :D
